-Stretch with hand against the wall.
-Consciously work on improving posture with shoulders back. Hands in hip pockets or hands cupped up with arms high also helps. Another helpful exercise for posture is to do backward shoulder rolls with weights.

-A good night steady nights sleep can impact how you feel as much or more than anything else we can do. The challenge is that PD meds can give us insomnia
